OUR IMPACT

The impact of our work can be seen everywhere in the awareness our young scientists are bringing to downtown Wilmington about urban sustainability and other community issues, in making advances in high-level scientific research, but most importantly, in the faces of those youth who explore Wilmington’s waterways, marshes, and urban areas with Dr. Rob and our team of educators and volunteers. The impacts to these children’s lives goes beyond a simple extracurricular activity: they are learning to be effective communicators and leaders in their families, schools, and community.
