Leslie Farinella

Leslie Farinella has been improving the operations of technology teams for over 20 years. She helps scale and grow teams and organizations - first as Chief Operating Officer of an enterprise software company and now as President of a global digitization consultancy. 
And as the mom of a PhD candidate in biology whose love of science started in her middle school science research class, Leslie is excited to join the Young Scientist Academy.  She believes that science exploration helps to build problem-solving and critical-thinking skills essential for long-term personal success.
