Gregory Purnsley

Gregory’s career spans three decades in the pharmaceutical industry with leaders such as Pfizer, GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca, Centocor, and other organizations. 
  
A seasoned veteran in clinical trial programming and biometrics, Gregory has led teams and supported efforts across every phase of drug development, from FDA submissions to data standards, analysis & reporting, and process improvement.
  
Gregory is passionate about mentoring students emerging into their professional careers. As a YSA board member, he’s excited to help young scientists explore the vast STEM opportunities and continue empowering them with skills they can carry forward.

​Greg is active in the outdoors with his wife, daughter, son, and family, plus he is a lifelong cyclist and woodworker.
