Annie White

Development Specialist

Annie serves as the Development Specialist for the Young Scientist Academy (YSA), where she leads grant writing and curriculum development across YSA programs. She also plays a key role in expanding YSA’s international programs, including the NC - Moldova STEM Exchange.

With a background in STEM education and years of experience as a public school teacher, Annie designs hands-on, engaging curriculum that aligns with academic standards and applies them in a real-world way. Her favorite YSA projects are the water quality lessons and student-led research, which blend chemistry and biology, two of her favorite subjects to teach.
