Aanae Daspit

STEM Educator

Aanae is one of the part-time STEM educators for the Young Scientist Academy. She helps facilitate hands-on YSA school programs and the Global STEM Ambassadors program.

Aanae has a background in marine biology and conservation. She has a passion for marine botany, and previously worked at the Center for Marine Science in the Coastal Plant Ecology Lab. Aanae enjoys working with youth across the Cape Fear area to provide them with more hands on educational STEM experiences.
